Bruce Rosard, CEO. Bruce founded UP211 with the mission to provide business development and strategic marketing services to companies in the travel vertical. Bruce serves as the executive vice president of the Mountain Travel Symposium, the largest event for mountain travel professionals in North America and is an active mentor with TechStars. Previously, Bruce was vice president, sales and marketing for PhoCusWright where he led a global team for the travel industry’s leading research and events company focused on how travelers, intermediaries and suppliers connect. He was instrumental in helping the PhoCusWright founders grow the company to position itself for a successful sale in 2011. Bruce was the founder and CEO of Moguls Mountain Travel, a pioneer in online marketing and distribution. He engineered the sale of Moguls, first to RSN, a venture backed firm, and then to Intrawest, a public resort operator. He graduated from the University of Connecticut with honors in marketing and a minor in skiing.

Lynne Fetterman, Vice President, Operations. Since 1996, Lynne has been in a variety of leadership positions including travel and non-profit organizations. Specialties include operations management, facilities management, financial oversight and budgeting, organizational development, organizational systems and human resources management. Lynne’s entrepreneurial efforts include creating an import/export business, helping to grow Moguls Mountain Travel from a $4M to $25M firm, creating the Four Mile Store to assist victims of one of the worst fires in Colorado history.
